Prepainted steel coil (PPGI / PPGL) is produced on hot-dip galvanized, galvalume or zinc-aluminium-magnesium steel substrate. After degreasing and conversion passivation pretreatment, an organic primer and topcoat are applied by continuous roll coating and cured at high temperature to form a composite metal sheet.
Our production line runs the double-coating and double-baking process. The coating offers strong adhesion and uniform, stable colour. Available coating systems include polyester (PE), high durable polyester (HDP), silicon modified polyester (SMP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), covering inland, coastal and industrial corrosive service conditions.
The product is light in weight and high in strength. It can be bent and profiled directly without on-site painting, which greatly shortens the construction period. A wide colour range is available, with RAL colour matching, wood grain, stone grain and printed patterns. It combines decoration with protection: good UV resistance, anti-ageing performance and low tendency to fade, low maintenance cost in later service, and it is recyclable and eco-friendly.
Widely applied in industrial workshops, steel structure roof and wall panels, logistics warehouses, metal curtain walls, clean rooms, home appliance shells, containers, prefabricated buildings and livestock sheds. Specifications, thickness, width and colour can be customized as required.
