Nano anti-corrosion and thermal insulation sheet is a new type of laminated metal panel. It uses galvalume, hot-dip galvanized or prepainted steel as substrate, and a composite layer of nano weather-resistant PET film and spectral reflective aluminium foil is thermally bonded to the steel surface at high temperature.
The multi-layer polymer composite structure effectively blocks erosion from acid, alkali, salt spray and moisture, while the aluminium foil layer reflects infrared solar radiation to achieve heat insulation and cooling. The laminated layer has stable adhesion and good resistance to high and low temperature, and is not prone to peeling or delamination.
The sheet is lightweight with high strength, and can be bent and profiled directly for easy installation. Compared with conventional prepainted steel it integrates long-term anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, noise reduction and anti-ageing performance, significantly lowering the indoor temperature of workshops and cutting cooling energy consumption.
It is widely used for roofing and wall cladding of chemical plants, steel mills, power plants, livestock sheds, grain silos, sewage treatment stations and coastal workshops, as well as warehouses requiring cooling and corrosion protection. Specifications, thickness, colour and surface patterns can be customized.
