Color profiled sheet, also commonly known as corrugated PPGI / PPGL roofing sheet, is roll-formed into various profiles from prepainted steel (PPGI / PPGL). Anti-corrosion protection is provided by the metallic coating of the substrate together with the organic topcoat. Coating options include PE, HDP, SMP and PVDF to suit different service environments.
It is lightweight and allows fast installation. It has good bending load capacity and waterproof performance with simple overlapping joints, which greatly simplifies construction. A wide range of colours is available to match project requirements, and the coating keeps good flexibility without peeling or cracking during forming.
It is widely used for roofing and wall cladding of industrial plants, warehouses, farm markets, temporary prefab houses, site hoardings and livestock sheds. Common profiles such as 840, 900 and 760 standing seam are available according to load, span and wind pressure demands. Thickness, colour and profile are customizable.
